APPEL À
CANDIDATURES
Décerné tous
les deux ans par la Fondation
Henri Cartier-Bresson, le Prix HCB est une aide à la
création de 35.000 euros destinée à un photographe ayant déjà accompli un
travail significatif dans une sensibilité proche du documentaire.
Le candidat
doit être présenté
par une institution (galerie, musée, éditeur...).
Dans les
dix-huit mois suivant sa nomination l’œuvre du lauréat sera exposée à la
Fondation HCB à Paris et un catalogue sera publié à cette occasion.
Le lauréat du
Prix HCB 2013 sera désigné en
juin 2013 par un jury international.

H.C.B AWARD 2013
CALL FOR ENTRIES
Presented by the Fondation Henri
Cartier-Bresson every other year, the HCB Award is a prize of
35 000 euros intended for photographers who have already completed a
significant body of work with an approach close to that of documentary.
Candidates should be nominated by an
institution (museums, galleries, independent curators, publishers…).
Eighteen months after the reception of the prize,
the winner will have an exhibition of his work at the Fondation HCB in
Paris and a catalogue will be published.
The
prize- winner will be announced in June 2013 by an international
jury.
